At Clean Slate Adult Family Home, we provide a warm, welcoming environment designed to accommodate up to four residents, both ambulatory and non-ambulatory. Our facility features a newly renovated, ADA-accessible bathroom, along with beautiful hardwood floors. Shared spaces, including a comfortable living room and spacious dining area, create a cozy, community-focused atmosphere.

Residents can also enjoy our beautifully landscaped backyard during the warmer months, with front and back ramps ensuring easy and convenient access throughout the home. We prioritize both comfort and accessibility, making our facility a place where everyone feels at home.
At Clean Slate Adult Family Home, we provide 24-hour care and offer nutritious meals and snacks to support the well-being of our residents. As a full-service adult family home, we are dedicated to meeting the unique needs of each individual.
